Mr Pradella is Managing Director of Central Apartments & Hotels, Joint Managing Director of Pradella Developments and Managing Director of Pradella Services.

Tertiary qualified in Business Management and Accounting, Mr Pradella's in-depth tourism industry experience stems back over 30 years, which includes working for the global Best Western chain in the USA together with the Travelodge Group in Australia.

He founded Central Apartments & Hotels in 1984 when he oversaw the development, construction and operations of Brisbane’s Metropolitan Motor Inn. Mr Pradella’s academic and business achievements have led to a number of industry accolades and board representations including Queensland Tourism & Travel Corporation (now Tourism Queensland), and is a current board member of Enertrade.

Having worked for some of the tourism industry’s leading hotel chains, Mr Prior oversees the operations of each hotel, residence and meeting venue under Central’s management in Australia and New Zealand.

Joining Central over twelve years ago, Mr Prior graduated with a Diploma of Catering and Hotel Management in 1978 and his career includes wholesale and retail travel operations together with executive positions in the hotel/hospitality industry in Australia and overseas with with large resorts and international hotel operations, as wellas prestigious country clubs.

Drawing from his comprehensive knowledge and contacts within domestic and inbound leisure markets, he has contributed to the growth of the Central group, while also working with travel industry and industry partners to take the Central Apartments & Hotels brand to global markets.

Mr Prior is an active member on the Australia Tourism Export Council (ATEC), and Brisbane Marketing.

As Director of Sales, Ms Swatton is responsible for driving sales through the development and implementation of retail, trade and wholesale marketing initiatives, business development and staff management.
